Heckythump would be most grateful if products being returned are in their original condition, with all packaging and tags supplied. If any product is marked or soiled we will not accept the return. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. We are sorry that Heckythump will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Proof of Purchase
Please note that all returns or repair requests must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase receipt.
Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Heckythump will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange (minus the initial cost of freight) provided that:
* You have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase receipt; and
* The item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold).
Consumer Guarantees
Where an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send the item to the manufacturer for it to be assessed. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the failure is minor, we may repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time. If the item or service has a major failure, you may reject it and seek a refund or replacement.
Exceptions
No Returns for Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns for Change of Mind on the following items. These Special Exceptions do not apply to any returns made in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, or otherwise as required by law.
* Non-merchandised items, such as gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
